Why is Feng Shui for the selection of the property?
Feng Shui is an ancient Chinese art of metaphysics in which energy from the mountains and rivers are tapped by the physical and mental inhabitant, a sort of living in harmony with the environment. When this energy (also known as chi for the Chinese) is carried by the wind and settles at the edge of water, residents of a nearby property to enjoy the benefits of their presence which is invigorating and rejuvenating to the mind and body.
But how to take this positive energy? Please visit proactive-qi.com/Fengshui.html
Ideally, a property must be located where qi gathers. In other words, mountains and rivers should be in the vicinity of your property. Chains mountains are a vital source of support for life-qi. Rivers, lakes or other water catchment area on the other side is a good collector of qi. Therefore, the place choice of a property must be near mountains and water.
In Feng Shui, the location is ideal for a property which is surrounded by mountains in the later (known as Black Turtle), left (known as Green Dragon) and right (known as White Tiger). Ideally, the mountains in the back must be higher than the mountains on both sides of the property and, by extension, the mountain on the left should be slightly higher than the right. In front of the property, must have a hill or place on earth (known as Red Phoenix). With this location, the property is capable of exploiting the abundant qi and at the same time, isolated and protected strong winds and harsh weather.
It would be even better if the metaphorical Dragon and Tiger expand and protect the property as your arm comprising of a lover. In this formation, the mountains not only bring qi, but also serve to prevent it from being blown by the wind.
If the property is located in a flat terrain, should be some ripples or land contours as this indicates the presence of small hills, which are also sources of qi. In the absence of such formations, a property should be an area of water in front.
If a property is located in the city or urban setting, buildings can serve as mountains. While not a good source of qi, however helps keep the qi in the area protects it from strong winds.
If there is a property near rivers, roads may serve as rivers. Although not accumulate qi as water does, the roads can still help in the spread or maintenance of qi when the property is located within its embracing arm (concave side) who are opposed to its convex side. An ideal property should have roads on all four sides to allow flow of qi.
Feng Shui, it is believed that certain places or man-made objects emit negative energy or Sha Qi that adversely affect the health of residents living in the property.
When choosing a property or a house, avoid places that are too close:
• Places of worship, cemetery (Yin energy)
• T-junction, Y-junctions, light poles (power of heart piercing)
• Columns, power plants, poles electricity (high voltage power)
• The oxidation ponds, drains monsoon (foot power outage)
People stay in this type of property, particularly when the adjacent buildings, structures or objects directly opposite the main door, do not have peace of mind, financial success and good health.
All who are facing challenges in life. Feng Shui offers a way for a citizen to live in harmony with the environment in the vibrant qi flourishes. When you use of vital energy, Qi helps to support our efforts in the areas of wealth, health and relationships.
