Infants and Toddlers - How To Succeed 2

A baby of 12 months and 36 months presents a series of changes as part of their development process. The next set of comments focuses on that period of time, and highlights the changes that can be classified as a "milestone." It will take into account what can be defined as the average child covering specific time periods within this phase of development.
Age - 12 to 15 months
Physica l
Is able to stand up without help and without having to hold anything.
It is almost able to drink from a cup, but without feeling full control of the action, as accompanied by a certain amount of spillage.
Has the ability to turn the pages of a book, a few at a time, when given an adequate system.
Is able to participate in basic games such as rolling a ball or possibly even throw in random order.
In relation to the context of learning and recreation, the act of playing is usually associated with a variety of accessories, such as animals and toys.
Mental
It is capable of using words which four to six letters, such as ball and spoons.
Ability to follow a simple instruction accompanied by a hand gesture where appropriate, such as fetching an object, after finding to it, and asking the child to pick it up.
The ability to realize that an object exists even when out of sight of the child, such as placing a toy in a box and close the lid.
Jean Piaget, a well-known child psychologist, conducted experiments of object permanence with infants. Its results reflect the fact that awareness is particularly evident in the age of eight to nine months. Such experiments can lead to understanding why babies under nine months, has a tendency not to mourn when their mothers are no longer there, viz. "Out of sight, out of mind." This concept can rise to "A not B errors, where a child looks for an object in a place where it should not.
Emotional
The use words or gestures that the child can understand to mean particular objects, such as pointing to a toy and raise his arms to indicate pick up the toy, or, alternatively, saying the word with a cup of exaggerated movement of the mouth with the intention of receiving the cup of the child.
To use both entertain actions child, such as covering eyes with hands, then take your hands again, his eyes playing hide and seek game.
This game proves once again the inability of some children to understand object permanence, which is considered as an important step in developing a child's intelligence.
