Aquafresh White Trays Vs. Crest Whitestrips
There are many ways to whiten your teeth, but there are two main competitors in the market. In the results, both products are quite competitive. In one week, both offering visibly whiter teeth. So what should I choose?

Crest Whitestrips come in various strengths and styles, but the basic pattern is the same for all products. Crest Whitestrips stick directly to the teeth, keeping the gel to the teeth firmly. Depending on the variety you use, you may have to leave the band from 5 minutes to an hour day (half an hour in the morning and half an hour at night).
Crest Whitestrips are not particularly uncomfortable with the whitening trays from the dentist, but stuck plastic strips to the teeth for half an hour is not very nice either. This can cause excess saliva, especially during the implementation (which is a problem, since strips will not stick to wet teeth.)
Crest also can cause tooth sensitivity for a few days, but should not last.

Aquafresh White Trays are newer on the market, but now they have been around for a couple of years.
The trays are effective, with a concentration of hydrogen peroxide 10% in a plastic tray filled with gel. Some people complain that the gel can get lumpy and uneven bleaching, but with good performance, which have yet to effectively whiten. These trays can actually cover more area than Crest. However, the trays can not fit everyone's lips alike and are less comfortable than bleaching. Even if they fit, they are more difficult to follow bands, but unlike strips must be used only for half an hour a day instead of for a total of hours as the Premium Day 7.
An important consideration with trays Aquafresh is in effect on the gums. Unlike the Crest product, which is fairly easy to set against the gum, white trays are more difficult to maintain only in the teeth and can cause the bleached and swollen gums. This can be avoided by putting Vaseline on your gums and clean before applying any extra gel with a dry cloth. It is also a good idea to avoid brushing their teeth before using the product, such as brushing can cause abrasions to the gums and absorb more hydrogen peroxide.
